This Moments Mother of Pearl and Silver Watch Charm was designed in Denmark the watches are made in Hong Kong (as are most of the world's watches) and carry a 12 month warranty. They are powered by a SR521SW (379 battery reference) battery which has an expected life of 12 - 18 months although this may vary. The case is stainless steel and the battery can be changed by taking off the lower part of the watch, which is standard practice and can be done at most good jewellers. Fixing Mechanism Fixing the watch securely to your choice to your choice of bracelet is essential. Your watch will be fitted with a circular compressible pad to ensure it fits tightly to the bracelet. In time this may lose its elasticity so spares are provided. If you are using the watch on a leather bracelet please use one of the larger pads provided ensuring the clasp closes tightly. Once the bracelet has been fitted close the clasp ensuring the safety catch clips into place. Position the watch so it fits on the top of the bracelet for easy viewing. The watch should fit securely and firmly and not rotate on the bracelet. Once fitted please do not twist the watch on the bracelet as this may make it become loose. As with all jewellery you should not get it wet. Although the watch charm may be able to cope with a little rain, the bracelet you are wearing your watch charms on is more likely to be come tarnished rather than the watch becoming an issue.
